What is AutoCropper?

AutoCropper uses AI to detect, crop, and straighten every photo in your scans. Upload JPEG, PNG, TIFF, or PDF scans in your browser, batch process multiple files, and export each detected photo at full quality with no compression. Your full-resolution scans stay local while only a small compressed copy is sent to detect crop coordinates.

How to use AutoCropper?

Go to autocropper.io/crop-scans in Chrome, Safari, or Edge. Upload one or multiple PNG, JPG, TIFF, or PDF scans (up to 50MB per file). Review the blue crop rectangles, adjust or add crops if needed, then click Export to download individual images or a ZIP batch.

Do you store my scans? What gets sent to your servers?

AutoCropper does not upload or store your full-resolution scans. Your original scan stays in your browser. To detect crop boxes, a heavily downscaled, black-and-white, metadata-stripped copy is sent to the server, and the server returns only the crop coordinates.

What file formats does AutoCropper support?

AutoCropper handles JPEG, PNG, TIFF, and PDF scans. PDFs are converted to JPG for detection. Uploads up to 50MB per file work best. Exports are JPEG or PNG and can be batched into a ZIP file.

What's the difference between Pro and Pro Commercial plans?

Both offer unlimited uploads, batch processing, and advanced features. Pro Commercial adds a license for business use, such as e-commerce, card sellers, and digital archival companies.
