What do the three plans cost?

Business is $2,000 per month and Enterprise $4,000 per month, both on an annual contract. On-Premise is a custom contract scoped to your environment. No plan carries per-seat, per-policy or percentage-of-premium fees.

What's the difference between Business and Enterprise?

Business is the whole platform for a single organization. Enterprise adds multi-organization support with multi-tenancy, single sign-on, client and broker portals on your custom domain, per-form submission APIs, Stripe payments, Gmail or Office 365 email, custom integrations, and the MCP server.

Do I own my data?

Yes. Your configuration and data remain yours and are exportable at any time. You can run managed cloud or deploy on-premise with no vendor lock-in.

Do I need developers to use it?

Openkoda Core requires Java or JavaScript knowledge to extend the platform. Enterprise includes a Development Kit UI for adjustments with little or no coding, and professional services are available through Openkoda and partners.
