What is the refund policy if work is not delivered?

If the requested work is not delivered within 30 days after creator acceptance, the payment is automatically cancelled and refunded to your card.

Are generative AI artworks and manual touch-ups permitted?

Yes. Prompton welcomes illustrations created with generative AI, as well as manually edited, retouched, or traced AI artworks.
