Can other customers see my data?

No. Your workspace is fully private in a standard multi-tenant setup. Other customers can never see your data, configuration, or anything inside your account.

Does it connect to the tools I already use?

Where it matters, yes — invoices and payments sync to Xero automatically, and customers pay by card via Stripe. If you rely on something else, tell them; integrations are built the same way as everything else.

What happens if I cancel?

Your workspace stays available for 30 days in case you change your mind, then it is deleted permanently. You can export your data at any time.
