What is Ziji (咨记)?

Ziji is practice-management SaaS for Chinese-speaking counselors and counselling studios in China: online booking, structured client records, SOAP/DAP/custom session notes, transcript-to-notes, and AI-assisted organization reviewed by the counselor. Data is stored in mainland China on Alibaba Cloud, encrypted in transit and at rest, and de-identified before AI processing; it is never used for model training. Built on Alibaba Cloud infrastructure and Tongyi Qianwen enterprise services, which meet MLPS 2.0 Level 3, SOC 2, ISO 27001 and ISO 42001. Free trial, then subscription. Ziji is a professional tool for counselors practicing in China — not counselling, diagnosis, or treatment for the public.

1) Register at https://getziji.com and start the free trial. 2) Set up your schedule and share booking/intake links with clients (no client account required). 3) Keep session notes (SOAP/DAP/custom), upload recordings or transcripts for draft notes, and review AI-assisted summaries before use. The product interface is currently in Simplified Chinese.

Does Ziji provide counselling or medical services?

No. Ziji is software used by qualified Chinese-speaking counselors and counselling practices to manage their own work. It does not provide consultation, diagnosis, or treatment to the public.

How is data protected?

Data for counselors practicing in China is stored in mainland China on Alibaba Cloud (Beijing region), with TLS 1.2+ in transit and AES-256 at rest. Processing follows China's PIPL; client identities are de-identified before AI processing and never used for model training. How does Ziji use AI?

AI drafts session notes from recordings or transcripts and can answer questions using a client's record context. Every output is a draft for the Chinese-speaking counselor to review, edit, or discard. The system does not diagnose, act on its own, or notify anyone based on AI output.

Is there a free trial?
